Each of our products are warranted for a period of one year from date of purchase.

The warranty covers defective material as well as faulty workmanship. If you have a shipping damage situation, you must file a damage claim with the carrier.

This warranty does not apply to damages to the product caused by acts of nature, including but not limited to hurricanes, gales, high winds, tornados, sleet, hail, heavy rain, floods, monsoons, fire, vandalism or accumulated weight on the product cause by water or any other material (s). This warranty also does not cover damages caused by misuses, neglect, improper assembly or inappropriate use of the product.

In no event shall Thatch-Umbrellas be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of these product. This applies both during and after the term of any warranty that may apply.

If the product is within the warranty period and is found to be defective, Thatch-Umbrellas may repair or replace it at its sole discretion. If the repair or replacement was found to not be under warranty, the customer agrees to pay the cost of repair or replacement.
